Services

At Help Me 2 Help You, we offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of our participants. Our services include:

Case management focuses on issues that include a resident’s needs, strengths, and concerns.  The goal is to stabilize and improve the resident’s quality of life through advocacy, weekly communication, and resource management, which ensures the best possible outcome towards independence.
